Session on Ragging is a Crime

Brief about the activity:

'Ragging does not break the ice, it breaks lives.'

The NSS wing of LPCPS along with the Anti- Ragging Committee of LPCPS conducted a session on 'Ragging is a Crime' on 7th January 2023.

Ragging is a cognizable conduct of disorder for which the police can arrest the offender without a warrant. Over time, this heinous practice has caused deaths and suicides of many bright students in India.

LPCPS was and will always continue to spread awareness and ensure ragging does not take place in the college premises.

'रैगिंग को अंधकार का मार्ग न बनने दें।'

एलपीसीपीएस की एनएसएस विंग ने एलपीसीपीएस की रैगिंग विरोधी समिति के साथ मिलकर 7 जनवरी 2023 को 'रैगिंग एक अपराध है' विषय पर एक सत्र आयोजित किया।

रैगिंग एक संज्ञेय अव्यवस्थापूर्ण आचरण है जिसके लिए पुलिस अपराधी को बिना वारंट के गिरफ्तार कर सकती है। समय के साथ, इस घृणित प्रथा के कारण भारत में कई प्रतिभाशाली छात्रों की मृत्यु और आत्महत्या हुई है।

एलपीसीपीएस हमेशा जागरूकता फैलाता रहेगा और सुनिश्चित करेगा कि कॉलेज परिसर में रैगिंग न हो।
