Brief about the activity:
Lucknow Public College of Professional Studies encourages its students to care for stray animals. On 28 April 2022, LPCPS organized a drive wherein students and faculties fed and tended to abandoned and stray animals. The drive aimed at making students more humane and kinder towards all beings on the planet. The drive received an overwhelming response from volunteers, students, faculty, and staff of the college. Participants were guided through the process of constructing simple shelters for stray animals using scrap materials. This activity aimed to encourage empathy and practical solutions for the animals' basic needs. The day was a resounding success, fostering a sense of responsibility and empathy among the college community toward our furry friends. It not only educated individuals about the plight of stray animals but also provided practical ways to make a positive difference in their lives. The event concluded with a renewed commitment from students and faculty to continue supporting initiatives for stray animal welfare in the future.
