Lucknow Public College of Professional Studies was founded by Mr. S. P. Singh, a man of great vision and a reputed educationist. 18th September is a day when we honour the Founder of the College, value his legacy and also celebrate his achievements. The mission is to ensure quality education and professional development of graduate students. The event aimed to honor the college's legacy while fostering a sense of responsibility towards the environment among students and faculty members.

Under the bright morning sun, participants congregated with enthusiasm, armed with saplings and gardening tools. Led by faculty members and supported by volunteers, the plantation drive commenced with a brief ceremony acknowledging the college's history and emphasizing the significance of preserving nature. Students, professors, and staff members united in action, planting a diverse array of trees across designated areas within the college premises. The camaraderie and shared sense of purpose were palpable as individuals of all backgrounds collaborated, digging, planting, and nurturing the saplings.

Beyond the act of planting trees, the event catalyzed discussions on environmental conservation, inspiring conversations on the pivotal role each individual plays in ensuring a sustainable future. The success of this initiative was evident in the vibrant green patches that now adorn the college grounds, symbolizing the collective commitment towards a greener, healthier planet. The Founder's Day Plantation Drive not only honored the college's heritage but also sowed seeds of environmental consciousness within the institution, leaving a lasting impact on the community.

लखनऊ पब्लिक कॉलेज ऑफ़ प्रोफेशनल स्टडीज़ की स्थापना श्री एस.पी. सिंह द्वारा की गई थी, जो एक महान दूरदर्शी व्यक्ति और एक प्रतिष्ठित शिक्षाविद् थे। 18 सितंबर वह दिन है जब हम कॉलेज के संस्थापक का सम्मान करते हैं, उनकी विरासत को महत्व देते हैं और उनकी उपलब्धियों का जश्न भी मनाते हैं। मिशन स्नातक छात्रों की गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा और व्यावसायिक विकास सुनिश्चित करना है। इस कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य छात्रों और संकाय सदस्यों के बीच पर्यावरण के प्रति जिम्मेदारी की भावना को बढ़ावा देते हुए कॉलेज की विरासत का सम्मान करना है।

सुबह की तेज़ धूप में, प्रतिभागी पौधों और बागवानी उपकरणों से लैस होकर उत्साह के साथ एकत्र हुए। संकाय सदस्यों के नेतृत्व में और स्वयंसेवकों द्वारा समर्थित, वृक्षारोपण अभियान कॉलेज के इतिहास को स्वीकार करते हुए और प्रकृति के संरक्षण के महत्व पर जोर देते हुए एक संक्षिप्त समारोह के साथ शुरू हुआ। छात्रों, प्रोफेसरों और स्टाफ सदस्यों ने एकजुट होकर कॉलेज परिसर के भीतर निर्दिष्ट क्षेत्रों में विविध प्रकार के पेड़ लगाए। भाईचारा और उद्देश्य की साझा भावना स्पष्ट थी क्योंकि सभी पृष्ठभूमि के व्यक्तियों ने सहयोग किया, खुदाई की, रोपण किया और पौधों का पोषण किया।

पेड़ लगाने के कार्य से परे, इस कार्यक्रम ने पर्यावरण संरक्षण पर चर्चा के लिए एक उत्प्रेरक के रूप में कार्य किया, एक स्थायी भविष्य सुनिश्चित करने में प्रत्येक व्यक्ति की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका पर प्रेरक बातचीत की। इस पहल की सफलता जीवंत हरे-भरे स्थानों में स्पष्ट थी जो अब कॉलेज के मैदानों को सुशोभित करते हैं, जो एक हरित, स्वस्थ ग्रह के प्रति सामूहिक प्रतिबद्धता का प्रतीक है। संस्थापक दिवस के वृक्षारोपण अभियान ने न केवल कॉलेज की विरासत का सम्मान किया, बल्कि संस्थान के भीतर पर्यावरण चेतना के बीज भी बोए, जिससे समुदाय पर स्थायी प्रभाव पड़ा।
