Brief about the activity:

LPCPS organized the Orientation Programme for the freshers on 20th October 2021. We welcomed our new cohort of eager students with an invigorating Orientation Day, setting the stage for a transformative academic journey. The event served as a comprehensive introduction to the college's ethos, facilities, academic programs, and the vibrant community awaiting the incoming students.

The day kicked off with a warm reception by faculty members and student representatives, creating a welcoming atmosphere for the newcomers. A series of engaging sessions and presentations familiarized students with the college's history, values, and academic expectations, ensuring a smooth transition into campus life.

Workshops and interactive activities facilitated interactions among students, fostering new friendships and camaraderie. Campus tours acquainted attendees with various departments, libraries, labs, and recreational areas, providing a glimpse into the diverse opportunities available. Faculty members shared valuable insights on academic excellence, emphasizing the importance of holistic learning and active participation in extracurricular activities. Guidance on support services, clubs, and resources available to enhance the student experience added depth to the orientation.

The palpable energy and enthusiasm among both staff and students created a memorable start to their college journey. The Orientation Day concluded with a sense of anticipation and excitement, laying the foundation for a rewarding and enriching academic tenure at the college. This program was aimed at familiarizing the students with an unknown campus environment, its faculties, and its infrastructure and helped them get socially integrated with the college culture. Attending orientation enabled the new students to make important connections with the collegiate environment, academic studies, and peers and network with the campus community.

एलपीसीपीएस ने 20 अक्टूबर 2021 को नए छात्रों के लिए ओरिएंटेशन कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया। हमने एक परिवर्तनकारी शैक्षणिक यात्रा के लिए मंच तैयार करते हुए, एक स्फूर्तिदायक ओरिएंटेशन दिवस के साथ उत्सुक छात्रों के अपने नए समूह का स्वागत किया। इस कार्यक्रम ने कॉलेज के लोकाचार, सुविधाओं, शैक्षणिक कार्यक्रमों और आने वाले छात्रों की प्रतीक्षा कर रहे जीवंत समुदाय का व्यापक परिचय दिया।

दिन की शुरुआत संकाय सदस्यों और छात्र प्रतिनिधियों द्वारा गर्मजोशी से स्वागत के साथ हुई, जिससे नवागंतुकों के लिए एक स्वागत योग्य माहौल तैयार हुआ। आकर्षक सत्रों और प्रस्तुतियों की एक श्रृंखला ने छात्रों को कॉलेज के इतिहास, मूल्यों और शैक्षणिक अपेक्षाओं से परिचित कराया, जिससे परिसर के जीवन में एक सहज परिवर्तन सुनिश्चित हुआ।

कार्यशालाओं और इंटरैक्टिव गतिविधियों ने छात्रों के बीच बातचीत को सुविधाजनक बनाया, नई दोस्ती और सौहार्द को बढ़ावा दिया। कैंपस टूर ने उपस्थित लोगों को विभिन्न विभागों, पुस्तकालयों, प्रयोगशालाओं और मनोरंजक क्षेत्रों से परिचित कराया, जिससे उपलब्ध विविध अवसरों की एक झलक मिली। संकाय सदस्यों ने समग्र शिक्षा और पाठ्येतर गतिविधियों में सक्रिय भागीदारी के महत्व पर जोर देते हुए अकादमिक उत्कृष्टता पर बहुमूल्य अंतर्दृष्टि साझा की। छात्र अनुभव को बढ़ाने के लिए उपलब्ध सहायता सेवाओं, क्लबों और संसाधनों पर मार्गदर्शन ने अभिविन्यास में गहराई जोड़ दी।

स्टाफ और छात्रों दोनों के बीच स्पष्ट ऊर्जा और उत्साह ने उनकी कॉलेज यात्रा की एक यादगार शुरुआत की। कॉलेज में एक पुरस्कृत और समृद्ध शैक्षणिक कार्यकाल की नींव रखते हुए, ओरिएंटेशन दिवस प्रत्याशा और उत्साह की भावना के साथ संपन्न हुआ। इस कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य छात्रों को एक अज्ञात परिसर के माहौल, उसके संकायों, उसके बुनियादी ढांचे से परिचित कराना और उन्हें कॉलेज की संस्कृति के साथ सामाजिक रूप से एकीकृत होने में मदद करना था। ओरिएंटेशन में भाग लेने से नए छात्रों को कॉलेजिएट वातावरण, अकादमिक अध्ययन, साथियों और कैंपस समुदाय के साथ नेटवर्क के साथ महत्वपूर्ण संबंध बनाने में सक्षम बनाया गया।
