On the occasion of International Women's Day, LPCPS organized a seminar on the theme 'Break the Bias' where women were urged to take a stand for themselves and fight against gender discrimination in society. The event was a tribute to the accomplishments and contributions of women, fostering an inclusive environment for dialogue and inspiration.

The seminar commenced with a poignant address, acknowledging the historical struggles and ongoing efforts toward gender equality. Esteemed guest speakers and faculty members shared insights on diverse topics including women's leadership, breaking gender stereotypes, and the importance of inclusivity in all spheres of life.

Interactive panel discussions and workshops offered a platform for both students and faculty to engage in meaningful conversations about the challenges women face and the pathways to progress. Personal anecdotes and success stories from accomplished women in various fields added depth and motivation to the discussions, inspiring attendees to challenge norms and strive for their aspirations.

The seminar culminated in a pledge to uphold and advocate for women's rights, fostering a sense of solidarity and commitment to creating a more equitable society within the college community and beyond. The palpable enthusiasm and engagement throughout the event highlighted the importance of such gatherings in igniting change and fostering an inclusive environment.

Women who are a part of the Student Council and LPCPS Faculty were also felicitated during this seminar.

अंतर्राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस के अवसर पर, एलपीसीपीएस ने 'पूर्वाग्रह तोड़ो' विषय पर एक सेमिनार का आयोजन किया, जहां महिलाओं से अपने लिए एक स्टैंड लेने और समाज में लैंगिक भेदभाव के खिलाफ लड़ने का आग्रह किया गया। यह कार्यक्रम महिलाओं की उपलब्धियों और योगदान के लिए एक श्रद्धांजलि थी, जो संवाद और प्रेरणा के लिए एक समावेशी माहौल को बढ़ावा देता था।

सेमिनार की शुरुआत एक मार्मिक संबोधन के साथ हुई, जिसमें लैंगिक समानता की दिशा में ऐतिहासिक संघर्षों और चल रहे प्रयासों को स्वीकार किया गया। सम्मानित अतिथि वक्ताओं और संकाय सदस्यों ने महिला नेतृत्व, लैंगिक रूढ़िवादिता को तोड़ने और जीवन के सभी क्षेत्रों में समावेशिता के महत्व सहित विभिन्न विषयों पर अंतर्दृष्टि साझा की।

 

इंटरएक्टिव पैनल चर्चाओं और कार्यशालाओं ने छात्रों और संकाय दोनों को महिलाओं के सामने आने वाली चुनौतियों और प्रगति के रास्ते के बारे में सार्थक बातचीत में शामिल होने के लिए एक मंच प्रदान किया। विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में निपुण महिलाओं के व्यक्तिगत उपाख्यानों और सफलता की कहानियों ने चर्चाओं में गहराई और प्रेरणा जोड़ दी, जिससे उपस्थित लोगों को मानदंडों को चुनौती देने और अपनी आकांक्षाओं के लिए प्रयास करने की प्रेरणा मिली।

सेमिनार का समापन महिलाओं के अधिकारों को बनाए रखने और उनकी वकालत करने, कॉलेज के भीतर और बाहर एक अधिक न्यायसंगत समाज बनाने के लिए एकजुटता और प्रतिबद्धता की भावना को बढ़ावा देने की प्रतिज्ञा के साथ हुआ। पूरे आयोजन में स्पष्ट उत्साह और जुड़ाव ने परिवर्तन को प्रज्वलित करने और एक समावेशी वातावरण को बढ़ावा देने में ऐसी सभाओं के महत्व पर प्रकाश डाला।

इस सेमिनार के दौरान स्टूडेंट काउंसिल और एलपीसीपीएस फैकल्टी का हिस्सा रहीं महिलाओं को भी सम्मानित किया गया।

महिला दिवस सेमिनार लैंगिक समानता को बढ़ावा देने और भावी पीढ़ियों को विविधता और समावेशिता को अपनाने के लिए सशक्त बनाने के लिए संस्थान के समर्पण के प्रमाण के रूप में खड़ा हुआ।
