NATIONAL YOUTH DAY 2025
Speech Competition Organized at Lucknow Public College of Professional Studies
On the auspicious occasion of National Youth Day 2025, celebrated to honor the birth anniversary of the great visionary Swami Vivekananda, a Speech Competition was organized by Lucknow Public College of Professional Studies. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation and was a resounding success, showcasing the eloquence and intellect of the students.
The event was graced by the presence of Dr. Ashish Kaushal (NSS Programme Coordinator & Associate Professor, Department of Management), Dr. Harimohan Saxena (Associate Professor, Department of Management), Mr. Mohit Kumar (Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce). In addition to the faculty, 20 students attended the event, out of which 14 students actively participated in the speech competition.
Each participant brought forth their unique perspectives on the theme inspired by Swami Vivekananda's teachings, showcasing their creativity, confidence, and oratory skills. After an engaging and thought-provoking session, the following students emerged as winners of the competition:
- Geetanjali Singh – First Prize
- Shruti Gupta – Second Prize
- Janvee Pandey – Third Prize
- Shriti Thakur – Consolation Prize
The event concluded with a vote of thanks and an inspiring note from Dr. Ashish Kaushal (NSS Programme Coordinator, encouraging students to embody the teachings of Swami Vivekananda and continue striving for excellence. The celebration was a true reflection of the youth's passion and their potential to shape a brighter future.
