Lucknow Public College of Professional Studies organized a pledge drive for its faculty and staff ‘ Say yes to life and no to drugs’ on 24th June 2025. The drive aimed to raise awareness about the causes, consequences, and prevention of drug addiction and substance. The event commenced with an inaugural address by Dean Academics Prof. Awasthi, who emphasized the importance of addressing this issue within the academic community and the broader society. He highlighted the role of educational institutions in fostering awareness and promoting healthy lifestyles.

All the faculties and other staff members took the pledge to never use drugs and aware others around them to avoid drugs and substance abuse.  

लखनऊ पब्लिक कॉलेज ऑफ प्रोफेशनल स्टडीज ने 24 जून 2025 को अपने संकाय और कर्मचारियों के लिए ‘जीवन को हाँ कहें और नशे को न कहें’ का संकल्प लिया। इस अभियान का उद्देश्य नशीली दवाओं की लत और मादक द्रव्यों की लत के कारणों, परिणामों और रोकथाम के बारे में जागरूकता बढ़ाना था। कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत डीन अकादमिक प्रोफेसर अवस्थी के उद्घाटन भाषण से हुई, जिन्होंने अकादमिक समुदाय और व्यापक समाज के भीतर इस मुद्दे को संबोधित करने के महत्व पर जोर दिया। उन्होंने जागरूकता बढ़ाने और स्वस्थ जीवन शैली को बढ़ावा देने में शैक्षणिक संस्थानों की भूमिका पर प्रकाश डाला। सभी संकायों और अन्य कर्मचारियों ने कभी भी नशीली दवाओं का सेवन न करने और अपने आस-पास के लोगों को नशीली दवाओं और मादक द्रव्यों के सेवन से बचने के लिए जागरूक करने की शपथ ली।
