BRIEF ABOUT THE ACTIVITY
On 17 April 2025, under the Village Adoption Program (VAP), students of Lucknow Public College of Professional Studies organized a Poshan Saptah Awareness Program at Fareedpur Dallookhera village. The activity was conducted with the participation of two faculty member and nine student volunteers. The objective of the program was to create awareness among village children and families about the importance of nutrition for healthy growth and development.
During the activity, student volunteers interacted with village children and parents using posters and visual aids to explain the significance of balanced diet, nutritious food, and healthy eating habits. Simple messages related to child nutrition were conveyed in an engaging manner. The children participated enthusiastically, and villagers appreciated the effort. The program contributed positively toward promoting nutritional awareness at the community level.
विलेज एडॉप्शन प्रोग्राम (VAP) के अंतर्गत 17 अप्रैल 2025 को ग्राम दल्लूखेड़ा में पोषण सप्ताह जागरूकता कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। इस गतिविधि में शिक्षक सदस्य एवं नौ छात्र स्वयंसेवकों ने भाग लिया। कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य ग्रामीण बच्चों एवं उनके परिवारों को पोषण, संतुलित आहार और स्वस्थ खान-पान के महत्व के प्रति जागरूक करना था।
इस दौरान छात्र स्वयंसेवकों ने पोस्टर एवं दृश्य सामग्री के माध्यम से बच्चों और अभिभावकों को पोषक आहार, स्वस्थ भोजन एवं बाल विकास में पोषण की भूमिका के बारे में जानकारी दी। बच्चों ने उत्साहपूर्वक सहभागिता की तथा ग्रामीणों ने इस पहल की सराहना की। यह कार्यक्रम ग्रामीण स्तर पर पोषण जागरूकता बढ़ाने की दिशा में एक सार्थक प्रयास सिद्ध हुआ।
