• Maintain ethics such as no drugs, no alcohol during your stay. • Avoid things that would put you and your institution’s prestige at risk. • Abide the college rules, regulations and decisions. • No physical violence and ill behavior during and after the events/games. • Obey sports rules, directions and guidelines. • The registration will be done on ‘FIRST COME FIRST SERVED’ basis. • Once the registration is confirmed, there will be 'NO' cancellation of registration, 'NO' money will be refunded. • Once the registration is confirmed there will be `NO` changes in the name of the participants as well as the number of participants. • The participant/coordinator has to bring the payment receipt on the day of event at the time of Reporting. • All the participants have to report at Help Desk between 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM on the day of event, and get their presence mark. • Participants have to bring their soundtrack/songs/music/PowerPoint etc. in a virus-free pen-drive on the day of their event and get it copied on the Help Desk. Also keep a copy with you to be on a safer side. • Participants and visitors must bring their original College/School Identity Card every day during the fest. • The registration dates for XeniuM 5.0 are from 10th April, 2023 to 20th April, 2023.
