• This event is for Nova Category. • Two teams per college. • It is a team event. Each team will consist of a maximum of 8 members. • Only the first 8 entries will be entertained. • Only Short Films should be submitted. NO DOCUMENTRY will be entertained. • The entries can be short digital animation films too on the topic. • The short film may be in their original language but MUST be subtitled in ENGLISH. • Films submitted previously to any other festival will not be considered for the contest and will be disqualified from the competition. • The films may be shot in MPEG4 or AVI format. The recommended ratios are 16:9/16:9 full height Anamorphic-in DV/HDV. No. of Participants: Maximum 8 participants. Time Limit: The film shall not be less than 5 minutes and not more than 8 minutes. Theme/Topic: Azadi Note: The film must not contain any copyright works(s) belonging to use third parties unless participants have a license to use such works in the film. The participant’s film made of such works is a fair one under copyright law.
