RASHTRIYA JOB FEST 2026
Rashtriya Job Fest 2026 was successfully organized on 21st February 2026 at the Lucknow Public College of Professional Studies, Vinamra Khand, Gomti Nagar Campus, in joint collaboration with TCS iON. The one-day national-level job fair witnessed the participation of 51 reputed national and multinational companies including Genpact, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, HDFC, Aditya Birla Group, Sri Ram Chemicals, Wealth Bees, SBI, NIIT, More than 2500 candidates registered, out of which 1100+ candidates were interviewed, resulting in 620+ final selections with salary packages ranging from ₹3 lakh to ₹8 lakh per annum. The event was inaugurated by Hon’ble Member of Parliament Dr. S. P. Singh, along with Director Dr. Garima Singh, Ms. Nikita Singh, Dean Prof Dr. Laxmi Shankar Awasthi and other dignitaries. Dr. S. P. Singh motivated the candidates and emphasized the importance of skill development and continuous learning for better employment opportunities.

Summer Hire 10.0, organized by the Training & Placement Cell of Lucknow Public College of Professional Studies (LPCPS) on 25 April 2026, was a successful campus placement and internship drive aimed at connecting talented students with leading recruiters from diverse industries.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and several reputed companies offering internship and full-time employment opportunities across domains such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, IT, Business Development, and Customer Support. The salary packages offered ranged from ₹3.5 LPA to ₹22 LPA, providing students with excellent career prospects.
The recruitment process included resume screening, aptitude assessments, group discussions, and personal interviews. Students showcased their technical knowledge, communication skills, and professional aptitude, while recruiters appreciated the quality of talent and preparedness displayed by the participants.
Summer Hire 10.0 strengthened the institute's industry-academia partnership and reaffirmed LPCPS's commitment to enhancing student employability through meaningful placement and internship opportunities. The event concluded successfully with several students being shortlisted and selected by participating organizations, making it another significant milestone for the Training & Placement Cell.
