A Seminar on Financial Awareness Program for Beginners aims to give students fundamental knowledge about global investment opportunities. The program will cover essential topics such as investment strategies, risk assessment, and understanding Mutual Funds. This seminar will equip students with the necessary insights to make informed investment decisions, fostering financial literacy and responsible financial behavior. Through expert presentations and interactive sessions, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the key principles guiding international investments, thereby empowering them to navigate the complexities of the global financial landscape with confidence.
Prof. Uttam Kumar said that navigating these opportunities requires a deep understanding of global markets, economies, and geopolitical factors. Market analysis: Before investing globally, it is essential to conduct thorough market analysis. This involves studying economic indicators, political stability, regulatory frameworks, and cultural factors that may impact investment performance. For instance, an investor interested in the technology sector might analyze the growth potential of emerging markets like India or China, considering factors such as smartphone penetration rates or government initiatives promoting digitalization. He told that Diversification Benefits: Investing globally provides diversification benefits by reducing exposure to country-specific risks. By spreading investments across different regions and asset classes, investors can mitigate the impact of localized economic downturns or geopolitical events. For example, during the 2008 financial crisis, while the US stock market experienced significant declines, some emerging markets like Brazil or India remained relatively resilient due to their domestic consumption-driven economies.

ABOUT THE SEMINAR
Financial awareness has become a vital skill in an increasingly complex and interconnected world that can significantly impact individuals' lives. It empowers individuals to make informed decisions, develop healthy financial habits, plan for their goals, and navigate economic uncertainties. This Two-Day Seminar on Financial Awareness Program aims to provide Financial literacy education that nurtures entrepreneurial skills among students. Students who possess financial knowledge are better prepared to launch their ventures, manage finances effectively, and understand the financial implications of business decisions. It introduces them to basic financial concepts such as budgeting, saving, and investing. By gaining this knowledge early in life, students develop healthy financial habits that can have a long lasting impact.
Mr. Pravin Kr. Dwivedi was saying that There is an urgent need for students to be equipped with entrepreneurial skills at a young age. No matter which career path the students choose in the future, entrepreneurship skills are essential for them to navigate in the 21st century. The aim is not for them to own business ventures or become entrepreneurs. These skills are essential in their daily life as they become established members of society. At Kinetic we believe that students should learn entrepreneurship skills. He was telling that Collaboration and Teamwork When students are learning entrepreneurship, it will often involve them working on projects, tasks and ideas that require them to collaborate while working in teams. As students work on developing a business idea, they need to work together with others to generate and refine ideas, conduct research, develop a business strategy and bring it to life. When this process is happening, students learn how to communicate effectively, manage tasks among the team, and also handle interpersonal dynamics. By assigning each themselves tasks that they are capable of delivering, they end up learning how to leverage each other's strengths and compensate for each other's weaknesses.
