OBJECTIVE OF THE TRAINING PROGRAMME
This One Week Training Programme focuses on learner-centric approaches, outcome based education, and innovative instructional strategies aligned with current academic and institutional requirements. This aims to empower teachers with the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to create meaningful learning experiences and to adapt to the evolving landscape of higher education.
ABOUT THE TRAINING PROGRAMME
The One Week Training Programme on Teaching Learning Pedagogy is designed to enhance the pedagogical competence of educators by strengthening their understanding of contemporary teaching–learning processes. Through interactive sessions, demonstrations, and reflective practices, participants will explore modern pedagogical tools such as active learning methods, experiential learning, blended and digital pedagogy, assessment for learning, and inclusive classroom practices. Emphasis is laid on bridging theory with practice to improve classroom effectiveness and student engagement. This Training programme also addresses curriculum design, lesson planning, use of educational technologies, and evaluation techniques that promote critical thinking, creativity, and lifelong learning among students. Resource persons will share best practices, case studies, and practical insights to support continuous professional development.

DAY 1
The programme commenced with an inaugural session introducing the significance of modern pedagogy in higher education. Dr. Laxmi Shankar Awasthi emphasized outcome-based education, curriculum alignment, and the importance of reflective teaching practices in enhancing academic quality.
DAY 2

DAY 5
The concluding day featured session by Mr. Saurabh Srivastava, who discussed blended learning models and the effective integration of online and offline teaching methods. The valedictory session summarized key insights and encouraged participants to implement innovative strategies in their teaching practices.
